OBSERVATIONS:

LEFT: Prior to the addition of Regulator, the tank mix including Liberty Herbicide created stable foam that was on the verge of flowing out of the tank.
RIGHT: After the addition of Regulator, foam bubbles break at the surface and do not continue to build.
